Site Excavation

Grading & Paving
Whether it’s a small parking lot or a new interstate Civil Constructors, Inc. is ready to go to work. When it comes to building roads we are second to none in middle Tennessee. With projects ranging from $50,000.00 to $27,000,000.00 we are fully equipped with the people and tools to deliver exceptional quality at an affordable price. We have a long working resume with the Tennessee Department of Transportation, Metro Nashville Airport Authority, Metro Nashville and almost all of the surrounding city’s public works departments.
Underground Pipe & Utilities
Getting a site to grade is only half the work, installing drainage and underground utilities are the other half. Our utility crews work everyday in all sectors giving them a total understanding of how the job should be done no matter the situation or location. They take great pride in exceeding client expectations while being sensitive to their surroundings during construction. We understand the responsibility we have to our neighbors during construction and implement the same care if we are installing 20,000 feet of waterline or 1 manhole.

This also provides the client with realistic and economic pricing information for evaluation. Before we mobilize on site our team of experts can build a 3D model of the project based off of the original design. This model gives a true representation of what the finished product will look like. The model serves and even greater purpose when it is uploaded to our GPS enabled equipment, which creates an exponentially higher level of efficiency and accuracy. This translates into considerable time and financial savings for the client.
